revdorothyl at 05:14pm on 31/12/2010Apparently, a bunch of Lost fans have discovered this poll, because when I went to vote for Spike/Buffy again today ('cause you're allowed to vote for up to three couples once a day) I found that Jack/Kate from Lost had pulled ahead, 270 votes to Spuffy's 260.
Yes, I'm pleased the Spike/Buffy is way ahead of Buffy/Angel in votes, but personally I can't see the attraction of that Lost pairing, especially against more long-term couples like Luke/Lorelai from Gilmore Girls or guilty pleasures like Max/Logan from Dark Angel.
Admittedly, it's a stupid poll and doesn't include most of the couples from the past decade that I've 'shipped, let alone any of my favorites from the previous four decades, but still . . . I'd hate to see Spuffy (as well as all of the other BtVS and AtS couples on the list) lose out to Lost, of all things:
