After years of hearing the word ‘apocalypse’ used in the Buffyverse to mean only ‘world-ending catastrophe’, I was thrilled to pieces to discover that Sarah Fain and Elizabeth Craft, writers of this week’s new Angel episode, were apparently using the word in its original sense, as well as its popular sense.
