So, since I've been enjoying Timothy Olyphant on the FX series "Justified", I went ahead and watched his 2007 movie "Hitman" over the weekend (pausing it whenever I had to go back to the kitchen to work on my Easter brunch sticky buns -- which turned out pretty well, BTW).
Olyphant was cute, and Dougray Scott was watchable as always in the role of the Interpol inspector chasing down Olyphant's "Agent 47", but what was most memorable about the whole film was that most of the flashbacks about how "Agent 47" and the other shaved-head hitmen were raised were taken directly from the 'Manticore' training and escape flashback scenes from "Dark Angel".
I hope James Cameron at least got some residuals, or something, for all that footage.
You know -- in case he doesn't make any money off of "Avatar" and is in need of extra cash! Poor man.
