Confessions of a Liberal Puritan

I went to my bookshelf when I got home and picked up one of her books. I thought I'd take "Witch World" or "Catseye," but instead it was "The Jargoon Pod." It just felt right. As I skimmed the yellow pages that are now falling out of the battered soft covers, I remembered how this book once assured me that even misfits could have adventures, be brave, and find a place where they belonged with people they admired.

I've been carrying the book around with me all night.
