Confessions of a Liberal Puritan

My free three-month preview of Starz and HBO on Dish Network expired a week ago, and I decided that, since "True Blood" was currently the only thing on HBO that I was watching, I couldn't justify the expense (at least, I assume it would have been somewhat expensive -- I couldn't find anyone live on the other end of the phone to tell me how much it would cost to keep it) to maintain it for another week or more.

Did anyone watch/tape/DVR last night's episode, who could fill me in on how things ended up with Sookie, Sam, Tara, and of course Bill? Did anyone figure out that kindly Cajun Rene wasn't so kindly to women who associated with vampires, after all? What, if anything, was revealed?
