I haven't seen any of the Iron Chef America programs. But I believe you that Alton's commentary must be delightful.

The food network is great, but it tends to make me restless about cooking. It's like there's all this stuff I feel I should do, and I don't. But someday, someday, I will get a super stocked kitchen and cook for my friends.
