Confessions of a Liberal Puritan

My friend who's going on a three-year mission assignment in Prague next month is in Louisville for training and has the weekend off, so I agreed that it was worth a 6-hour round-trip drive to be able to hang out with her for what's definitely going to be the last time in a while.

Too bad it has to be such a blankety-blank-blank hot weekend. We may not want to go anywhere or do anything, with the heat index as high as it is. But still . . . it's a chance to hang with an old seminary friend, and so not to be missed.
