Yes, I enjoyed the premiere last night (though I didn't love it, and there were parts of the dialogue that seemed fairly cringe-worthy, like Steve McGarrett of course having broken all of Chin Ho Kelly's football records as quarterback in High School, because obviously the tall pale-skinned guy has to be the best at everything . . .). However, my main gripe was that there simply wasn't nearly enough James Marsters screen time.
Yes, as a connoisseur of vampire detective shows of all sorts, I enjoyed watching "Spike" beat the heck out of "Mick St. John", but if Victor Hesse (Marsters) doesn't make a return appearance as the baddie/nemesis in future episodes then it'll all be a giant rip-off, from my perspective.
