UPDATE: After goddessofbirth kindly confirmed for me that the problem didn't show up when viewing my entries on her computer, I played around with the settings and found that going to "Your Settings", "Customize", "Customize selected style", and then changing "disable customized comment pages" from "No" to "Yes" has done the trick, for now. It's not an ideal solution, since it makes the pages look clunkier than before, but at least I can read the entries and the comments, now.

Is anyone else finding that every LJ post they've made which has comments attached is suddenly squashed to the right 1/3 to 1/2 of the page an instant after the page loads?

Only my LJ entries without any comments still appear full page, as they did before something happened (either through updates to LJ or updates to Internet Explorer, or some 'perfect storm' of screwy updates from both of them combined) about a week to a week and a half ago.

Is this something that only appears when viewing my LJ entries in my preferred, old-fashioned style, or does anybody else see what I'm seeing whenever I try to read my own fics and other posts to which anyone has ever posted a reply? LJ Support says everything looks fine to them, but I'm freaking out, here, and frustrated to the max.

Any input or suggestions that anyone can offer me on this would be most welcome!
