Found a mechanic this morning, but now I'm left with the problem of how to get myself back down there to pick up my car tomorrow. If I'd known it would take so little time to repair, I'd have gotten myself a motel room and stayed down there last night.

Got my car back, working fine, on Tuesday evening. So much for all my angst and belly-aching!
