So, how does the filter thing work? I'm still slowly feeling my way around the capabilities of LJ. Is there an alternative to friends-locking that would allow more LJ-users access, or (going another way) allow those who are interested to see these posts, but not bother the rest of the folks on my friends list who may not find this interesting?
