Interesting thoughts. I commented elsewhere that I suspect Leoben actually caused Kasey's "accident" quite purposely, to force Kara to show some interest in her. If I'm right, and if Kara ever finds out, I'm sure she'll find a way to kill him permanently.

That possibility occurred to me, as well (not to mention I was busy doing the math, trying to remember how long ago in terms of the show's internal chronology, it had been since Starbuck's unintentional donation of an ovary to the 'Cylon Procreation Project' on that breeder farm -- figure at least nine months, plus however old little Kacey is now, but to be walking and talking like that she's gotta be more than a year old, yes?). If that accident was staged, Leoben's going to have to find out about the existence (or not) of Cylon heaven the hard way -- count on Starbuck for that!
