I hope this isn't as bad as it sounds hearing so much about the horror of Christ death and the debate over who is to blame. I imagine Mel making Sixth Sense type sequel where Jesus shows up dripping blood and pleading for help. Instead of showing scars that prove healing and triumph.

I haven't seen it yet but it sounds like the begining of a ghost story. Not a resurection.

I share the same hope, and the same fears that this is just going to be gut-wrenching rather than redemptive. The latest review I received from a friend who saw it last night wasn't very encouraging ("fangoria for Christians", I think he said), but . . . I'm committed to going, now, so I'll hope for the best.
