I just checked the movie listings for this coming week and saw that three of our local multiplex theaters will be showing something called "One Night With the King" October 13-19.
This being Tennessee, I naturally assumed it was Elvis-related, but nope! Turns out it's a movie based on the biblical book of Esther, with -- wait for it! -- James Callis in the role of Haman, the arch-villain.
I may have to see that one. Besides, the credits also list Peter O'Toole and Omar Sharif, and I hate to miss an opportunity to see them on screen.

He should be good in the role, if he doesn't overdo the smarm.

After the previews of the coming season from last Friday, it looks as though anybody and everybody will turn out to be a secret Cylon!
And yes, I hope the smarminess will be minimal -- we get enough of the smarmy, not-quite-as-cute-as-he-thinks-he-is type villain with Gaius Baltar.
