Thanks for the vote of confidence, and I'm always delighted to hear that other psychiatrists and therapists (besides the fantasy ones in my head) recognize the therapeutic value of BtVS and BtVS fan participation. I have a friend who had to lend her therapist her "Buffy" tapes to watch, so that he could understand the language she was speaking -- and now he says he wishes he'd had "Buffy" to use as a therapeutic tool long before this.
